Called to active duty as part of the Berlin Crisis call-up on 1 Oct 1961-21 Aug 1962. Called to active duty as part of the Pueblo Crisis call-up on 13 May 1968-20 Dec 1968, where is ran Forward Air Controller school and Combat Crew Training School. Called to active duty as part of Operation Desert Shield on 29 Dec 1990-30 Jun 1991. Deployed for Operation Provide Comfort, Incirlik AB, Turkey, 1995; Operation Northern Watch, 1996; Adventure Express 97, Andøya Air Station, Norway, 1996-1997; Operation Southern Watch, Prince Sultan AB, Saudi Arabia, 2000; Operation Iraqi Freedom,  Balad AB, Iraq, 2006 & 2008.
