Consolidated (1 Sep 1991) with the 2039 Communications Squadron, which was designated as 2039 Airways and Air Communications Services Squadron and organized on 1 Nov 1954. Redesignated as: 2039 Communication Squadron on 1 Jul 1961; 2039 Information Systems Squadron on 1 Jul 1984; 2039 Communications Squadron on 1 Nov 1986; 92 Communications Squadron on 1 Sep 1991.
