Lineage.  Constituted as 91 Airdrome on 30 Mar 1943.  Activated on 1 Apr 1943.  Disbanded on 20 Jan 1945.  Reconstituted, and redesignated as 91 Operations Support Squadron, on 29 Aug 1991.  Activated on 1 Sep 1991.

Assignments.  Third Air Force, 1 Apr 1943; Seventh Air Force, 21 Dec 1943; VII Air Force Service Command, 28 Dec 1943; VI Air Force Service Area Command, 15 Aug 1944-20 Jan 1945.  91 Operations Group, 1 Sep 1991; 91 Missile Group, 1 Jul 1994; 91 Operations Group, 1 Feb 1996-.

Stations.  Hunter Field, GA, 1 Apr 1943; Barksdale Field, LA, 16 Oct 1943; Hunter Field, GA, 18 Nov-5 Dec 1943; Wheeler Field, TH, 13 Jan 1944; Bellows Field, TH, 4 Nov 1944-20 Jan 1945.  Minot AFB, ND, 1 Sep 1991-.

Operations. Provide training to missile combat crew members, facility managers, missile field chefs and maintainers and prepares ICBM targeting material and code components.
