The 86^th Aerospace Medicine Squadron assigned to 86^th Medical Group, 86^th Airlift Wing stationed at Ramstein AB, Germany is the largest overseas aerospace medicine squadron serving over 57,000 Kaiserslautern Military Community beneficiaries which executes aerospace and operational physiology, optometry, public health, en route patient staging, bioenvironmental engineering, flight medicine, and health promotion programs for three wings, HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA, CC-Air HQ Ramstein, two NAFs and 139 geographically separated units in 93 countries and manages Air Force’s most diverse En Route Patient Staging Flight moving 2,720. EUCOM/CENTCOM/AFRICOM patients annually.
