811^th OPERATIONS GROUP (AFDW)

The 811^th Operations Group is assigned to 11^th Wing stationed at JB Andrews, MD, consisted of the 1^st Helicopter Squadron and 811^th Operations Support Squadron provided the National Capital Region with continuous rotary-wing contingency response.

When the 11^th Wing was transferred to Joint Base Anacostia–Bolling, DC, in 2020, the 811^th Operations Group’s functions were replaced by the 316^th Operations Group on 25 Jun 2020.
