The 724th Expeditionary Air Base Squadron assigned to 409th Expeditionary Group stationed at Nigerien Air Base 201, Agadez, Niger, provides support to the mission of persistent armed ISR capabilities in support of AFRICOM’s objectives in North and West Africa and the Sahel region supporting various agencies operating MQ-9, MQ-1, and Expeditionary Space Force systems with an objective of being the premier secure, reliable, and flexible airpower projection platform for West Africa.
