495th FIGHTER GENERATION SQUADRON (USAFE)
The 495th Expeditionary Fighter Generation Squadron assigned to 48th Maintenance Group, 48th Fighter Wing stationed at RAF Lakenheath, UK, provides fully qualified crew chiefs which maintain the readiness of F-35 Lightning II aircraft supporting the mission and managing scheduled maintenance actions and sortie production operations to support the annual flying hour program. The squadron also participates in major command, joint service and multinational exercises and contingencies.
