The 439th Civil Engineer Squadron, assigned to 439th Mission Support Group, 439th Airlift Wing stationed at Westover ARB, MA, is responsible for base facilities, power plant, water plant, waste disposal and other municipal services, environmental and natural resources programs, bombing range operation and maintenance, maintaining unit readiness for contingency taskings, supporting disaster preparedness programs and Explosive and Munitions disposal.
