The 436th Medical Group assigned to 436th Airlift Wing stationed at Dover AFB, DE, is responsible for providing a full spectrum of health care and patient-centered treatment and also supports the unique mission of the Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations Center. This mission is a 24-hour operation of returning America’s fallen heroes home, preparing them for their final resting place, and ensuring families have the support they need during this critical time.
