The 433rd Aerospace Medical Squadron assigned to 433rd Medical Group, 433rd Airlift Wing stationed at Kelly Field Annex, Joint Base San Antonio, TX, with a peacetime mission to medically qualify airmen for worldwide duty through healthy promotion and delivery of superior quality health readiness. During wartime, the unit provides fit-to-fight medical support to the wing and augments a fixed medical facility in support of the warfighter.
