Inactivated on 27 Jun 1949. Redesignated 413 Bombardment Squadron, Medium, on 20 Aug 1958. Activated on 1 Nov 1958. Discontinued, and inactivated, on 1 Jan 1962. Consolidated (1 Oct 1992) with the 6513 Test Squadron, which was designated, and activated, on 1 Dec 1977. Redesignated: 413 Test Squadron on 2 Oct 1992; 413 Flight Test Squadron on 1 Mar 1994. Inactivated on 6 May 2004. Activated on 25 Feb 2005.
