Responsible for managing and executing Air Combat Command directed OT&E and TD&E for U-2, RQ-4 & RQ-170 sensors, hardware, and software upgrades to maximize combat capabilities by providing operational, maintenance, and technical expertise to USAF, DoD, and industry in the development of weapon system concepts, sustainment, and employment techniques.
