386th EXPEDITIONARY MEDICAL GROUP
The 386th Expeditionary Medical Group assigned to 386th Air Expeditionary Wing stationed at Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait, provides all healthcare services to U.S. and coalition partners focusing on preventative medicine.
Also, the group is a Role 1 care facility which includes the capabilities for providing first aid, immediate lifesaving measures and triage. Additionally, it contributes to the health and well-being of the unit through prevention of disease, non-battle injuries and operational stress.
The group provided health screenings to thousands of Afghan refugees and retrograded Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors and Marines during the largest noncombatant evacuation operation in history.
