354th Medical Operations Squadron assigned to 354th Medical Group, 354th Fighter Wing stationed at Eielson AFB, AK, delivers preventive and clinical health care, improving wellness and maximizing force readiness by providing mental, dental and medical care including prevention, education, assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness or injury and is organized into seven flights: clinical medicine, flight medicine, mental health, public health, bioenvironmental engineering, dental, and specialty services, which include optometry, physical therapy and the Health and Wellness Center.
