27th SPECIAL OPERATIONS MAINTENANCE SQUADRON
The 27th Special Operations Maintenance Squadron assigned to 27th Special Operations Maintenance Group, 27th Special Operations Wing stationed at Cannon AFB, NM, provides weapon systems aintenance and logistics support for the AC-130W, MC-130J, CV-22, and MQ-9 aircraft utilizing 11 specialized AFSCs to perform intermediate and organizational-level maintenance on assigned aircraft supporting civilian maintenance on three types of Non Standard Aviation aircraft while maintaining oversight for the contractor operated Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory and Transient Alert.
