22nd MAINTENANCE SQUADRON
The 22nd Maintenance Squadron of the 22nd Maintenance Group, 22nd Air Refueling Wing stationed at McConnell AFB, KS, provides on-and-off equipment maintenance for the 63 assigned KC-135 aircraft for the wing. This includes isochronal inspections, aircraft systems component repair and inspections, aircraft systems component repair and refurbishment, manufacturing and machining of aircraft parts, corrosions control, painting of aircraft and parts, non-destructive inspections and delivery and maintenance of aerospace ground support equipment.
