The 183d Combat Operations Squadron assigned to 183d Air Operations Group, 183d Wing stationed at Capital Airport ANGS, Springfield, IL. provides well-trained expert personnel in the areas of combat operations, combat plans, intelligence, strategy, communications and logistics warfighters to support the Component Numbered Air Force (C-NAF) in both the Air and Space Operations Centers (AOC) and the Air Force Forces staff (AFFOR) and integrates seamlessly with active duty forces in command and control of theater combat air forces.
