455th EXPEDITIONARY MEDICAL SQUADRON
455th Expeditionary Medical Squadron assigned to 455th Expeditionary Medical Group of the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing stationed at Bagram Airfield, Afghanastan provides combat medical and combat medical support services to U.S. and coalition forces throughout Afghanistan. The squadron supports a 24/7 Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility (CASF) and serves as the aeromedical evacuation unit for all of Afghanistan.
