74th AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE SQUADRON
The 74th AMU is responsible for the planning, scheduling and direction of preventive scheduled and unscheduled maintenance while performing inspections, servicing and launch and recovery actions to maintain mission-ready status of A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft. Aircraft Maintenance Squadron personnel also rapidly generate, mobilize, deploy and employ forces to provide combat and peacetime search and rescue operations in support of U.S. national security interests.
