During 1970s and 1980s, maintained aerial surveillance capabilities in the Far East. Provided combatant commanders with persistent intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), full-motion video and precision weapons employment, 2001-. Became one of the first Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) squadrons.
